I had nowhere to go this Christmas so I decided to hole up and record an album. I released it three days later on my birthday. All four songs were recorded in my apartment in San Francisco. I did about three to five takes of each song, recording guitar at the same time, then overdubbed lead guitar and effects. I wrote You Set Me On Fire and I'll Go Back To Portland right before I recorded them and the other two were written quite recently as well. The cover photo was taken in one of the photobooths I service here in San Francisco.
